Personal data we process

Depending on your interaction with Calamonti, we may process:

• The first and last name of the contact person or company representative.

• Billing details and delivery address.
• Information provided when creating a B2B account, placing orders or submitting enquiries.

Company information constitutes personal data where it identifies or allows the identification of an individual.

We process the data necessary to:

• Inform customers about order status and confirm payments.

Unsubscribing does not affect your ability to place orders or receive communications necessary to fulfil them.

Calamonti does not sell or rent personal data for other companies’ marketing purposes.

Payment information

 

Calamonti orders are paid for exclusively by bank transfer to Planet Fun SRL’s bank account.

Calamonti does not request or store card numbers, CVV/CVC codes or banking application login credentials. Information contained in payment documents supplied by customers is used to verify payments and match them to the relevant orders or invoices.
 

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including managing the business relationship and meeting legal document retention obligations.

Deleting your account or unsubscribing from the newsletter does not automatically result in the deletion of information that must be retained for invoicing, accounting or other legal obligations.
 

Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in applicable law, you may have:
