A. If you are a customer of the website, PLANET FUN will process personal data such as:

• First and last name.
• Telephone number.
• Email address.
• Billing address.
• Delivery address.

• Any other information you provide directly when creating a user account, placing an order through the website or otherwise using the website.

If you use your Facebook or Google account to create a user account on the website, we will process the following public profile information displayed by those applications: your username and email address.

If you choose to create a user account immediately before completing an order for a product available on the website, you will be asked to provide your email address, which will be used to create an account automatically.

If you do not complete the order, your email address and the other information provided will not be stored by PLANET FUN, and the account created will be deleted automatically.

3. How long we process your data

 

PLANET FUN will process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data throughout the contractual relationship and afterwards in accordance with our legal obligations. For example, supporting financial and accounting documents are retained for the statutory period of 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were prepared.

If you are a customer and choose to delete your user account by clicking the “Delete Account” button in the “My Account Information” section, PLANET FUN will interpret this action as your decision to unsubscribe from commercial communications about the products and services offered through the website.

If you delete your user account, we will therefore stop sending you emails and/or SMS messages of this kind.

However, deleting your account does not automatically result in the deletion of your personal data.

If you wish us to stop processing your personal data or would like your data deleted, you can exercise the rights described in Section 6 below.

If you request account deletion while at least one order remains active on that account, your request can only be registered after the products have been delivered and the last active order has been completed.

If you withdraw your consent to processing for marketing purposes, PLANET FUN will stop processing your personal data for that purpose. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out on the basis of your consent before it was withdrawn.
 

4. Disclosure of personal data

 

We do not rent or sell your personal data to third parties.

In addition to the data controller, certain third parties may have access to your data in some circumstances. These may include service providers, transport operators, hosting providers and IT companies, appointed as data processors where necessary.

• Right to rectification: the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay and incomplete data completed.
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): the right to have your personal data deleted without undue delay, subject to certain conditions. Following an erasure request, PLANET FUN may anonymise the data so that it no longer identifies you and continue processing it for statistical purposes.

• Right not to be subject to a solely automated individual decision: the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
• Right to lodge a complaint: the right to contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent courts if you consider it necessary.

PLANET FUN does not knowingly contact or collect information from individuals under 18. The website is not intended to request information of any kind from individuals under 18.
